TORQUE ADDICT CONTENT RULES FOR CONTENT

1.   Though we will not ban foul language on this site because we feel most here have heard cuss words before,  we do not want this site to turn into a cussing match.  If you repeatedly post foul language or, for instance, use a cuss word in every sentence of your posts, you may be first asked to reduce their usage, if that does not work, we will have to suspend user privileges to get our point across.  Please use common sense when posting and realize that not everyone wants to read foul language.

2.   Nudity pics or vids will NOT be tolerated!  This can land the site in hot water with the government so use your head.  We DO allow suggestive materials, borderline materials, etc.  Basically, if it would be considered X rated, it probably is not for this site.  These types of  banned materials may be passed freely through personal messaging but are not to be posted publicly.

3.   Keep content relative to the topic.  Ie, when someone clicks a thread to read about chains and sprockets, they do not want to read about your Dodge truck.  There are other places on the site for that.  General categories are great places to chat about any and everything.  Please keep the bike categories on topic.

4.   GRAMMAR!  We realize that many people just do not type well or not as literate as others, but if you cannot spell simple words, we recommend finding a resource that can help you with your post, before you post it.  Punctuation is paramount!  5-20 words are ALL that should be in a sentence.  Commas are made to separate ideas or would represent pauses in speech.  Please try to use decent grammar and punctuation when at all possible.  It is very hard to read jiborish, and you may not get the responses you want if people cannot read your post or it takes 10x as long as it should.  Please also keep in mind that some texting abbreviations are not understood by everyone.  It is best to spell out your words correctly when posting on an open forum.  Rules are of course different for person to person chat.

5.   AGE, SEX, RACE DISCRIMINATION.  There is a vast range of people on the internet.  Please refrain from racy comments that might offend another generation, sex, or race.
